Amolee Provides a complete rage of floating ball valves with well-designed metal seats with sealing’s for high temperature applications.
Ball & Seats are coated through HVOF process to handle abrasive & corrosive services.
Amolee – Ball Valves are manufactured with shut-off classification as ASME class V , but ASME class VI shut-off can also be provided.

1.  Metal Seated Ball Valves are available in all One-Piece , Two-Piece & Three Piece Designs.
2.  All designs are full bore which maintains line flow pressure.
3.  Seat is designs in such a way which reduces clogging of solids & slurries.
4.  Ball & Seats are HVOF coated with Stellite , Tungsten Carbide and Nickel Boron ,& Lapped which provides better hardness , lesser torque and tight metal-metal shut off
5. All valves are with backup graphite seats and extra graphite sealing are provided.
6. Lapping is done which provides ASME class VI leakages.

For High Temperature & Pressure valves Uni-Directional valves are provided with – Special Metal ( Inconel ) Springs installed in Up-Stream side ball seats to provide tight shut off during close condition.
